The large outdoor terrace is well protected, providing outdoor seating, deckchairs and on a slightly elevated level, an outdoor dining-table.
From the terrace, you overlook the curved pool that includes a Jacuzzi tub and a nicely arranged waterfall. There is generous outdoor space with juicy lawns and mature trees providing nice shade.
Accessing the property through a remote-controlled gate, there is a large car park area consisting of a covered double carport plus plenty of space for five more cars.
At the carport building, there is a bungalow that can be used as a guest-house or maids’ quarters, offering a bedroom and a lounge room plus a bathroom.
The large bungalow alongside the pool holds two large rooms, one holding this generous snooker table, the other one holding a nice gym. A bathroom is there as well. This also suits great for a 1-bedroom guest bungalow.

The windows and sliding-doors are of good UPVC quality and double glazed. Fly-screens are installed as well. There is ADSL Internet, a security alarm system plus CCTV-cameras.
Besides the air conditioners in every room, there are ceiling fans installed as well.
This is a large family mansion and good value for money at a secure location.
