The big bonus is the housing-estate this property is located in. SP 5 is a nice, large and well-managed village with a good upper-class community and top infrastructure. You can take walks or even jog, take some laps at the huge communal pool, strengthen your muscles at the gym, bring your kids to the playground or sit on the shore of the villages own lake and make new friends at the extensive clubhouse.
This is a solid 3-bedroom house, built in superior standard. There are 2 modern bathrooms, one offering a bathtub. The 3 bedrooms are all air conditioned. One with wall-to-wall built-in wardrobe. Location

SP 5 village is located a few hundred meters from the leisure area of Mabprachan lake and the newly built highway. So the traffic situation is very good. You can take all directions in high-speed, be it Bangkok or U-Tapao airport, Central Pattaya or the beaches of Bangsarae and the nearby golf courses. Restaurants, and plenty of shopping facilities are just outside the village. A gigantic Robinson shopping-center is planned nearby as well.

Miscellaneous

Due to the Juristic person manager (management handed over to the house owners) and the large community, the maintenance fees are inexpensive, especially if compared to the great infrastructure.
The estate is very safe as the 24hrs entrance security is top and they are patrolling as well.
By the way: SP 5 village is very popular for renters too. So if you are not at the house or you are just seeking for an investment, this is a property to consider.
